What a phenomenal start to 2022! We recently hosted our annual All-Hands Kickoff Meeting to celebrate company wins from 2021 and get fired up for 2022. The meeting was a tremendous opportunity to reconnect with our team both in person and virtually.
The meeting started with each department reviewing successes from the previous year – new projects, new hires (we nearly doubled in size in 2021!), and some milestones were celebrated!
We then handed out well-deserved awards for both team and individual accomplishments, set our priorities and goals for this year, and concluded by sharing our strategic vision for the future. The excitement was palpable throughout the company, and we are so excited to see what 2022 brings.

Following the meeting, the celebration continued at Flight Club Darts in the Seaport with a little friendly CHARLESGATE competition. The team enjoyed small bites and drinks while competing in several games of darts at Flight Club. It was such a blast seeing our team together in person. We even had some serious dart skills show up throughout the night – who knew what hidden talents our teammates have!
