As Brokerage Sales Manager, Susan will support CHARLESGATE real estate agents with a comprehensive agent training and support platform for agents, integrated and aligned with our marketing team to deliver the right kind of customized support that enables our agents to be successful.
Working closely with CHARLESGATE's innovative marketing department, she will identify and execute ways to continue to build our brokerage platform to bring success to both agents and clients. It is Susan's mission to help agents achieve their professional goals and help clients get great results buying or selling homes successfully.
Susan is well known for her in-depth knowledge of both Boston city and suburban real estate markets and she has a keen eye for detail. She will oversee the implementation of several new initiatives within CHARLESGATE's brokerage division to expand the tools, resources, support, and business opportunities that agents at CHARLESGATE have access to.
