Doug graduated from Lehigh University and went head first into the restaurant business to start his post-graduate career. This decision offered him many opportunities to develop his people skills and work in a fast-paced environment right out of school. Prior to this, Doug was no stranger to hard work. He grew up in a large family and played baseball, teaching him how to exercise trust and work in a collaborative environment from a young age.

Following his time in the restaurant industry, Doug decided to jump at the opportunity to join the movie industry, when the Massachusetts legislature passed a film production tax break drawing Hollywood movies right here in Boston.

His diverse background then led him to pursue a career in real estate, where he found himself at CHARLESGATE. “I've decided to use the lessons, skills and work ethic sculpted in past professions to join the red hot Boston real estate market and feel very lucky to jump aboard with CHARLESGATE, which by all accounts, is the premiere organization for property sales and management in Greater Boston.”
