360 Newbury

360 Newbury is an iconic building that was redeveloped in 2005 with the architectural assistance of Frank Gehry. It is home to 54 loft-style condos, commercial space on the first 3 floors, and a Green Line T Stop below. Situated at the southeast corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Newbury Street in the Back Bay, 360 Newbury is dubbed true urban living.

Formerly known as the Tower Records Building, 360 Newbury Street has been transformed into a chic loft style condo building with stunning views of Back Bay. Units boast enormous windows which allow an abundance of sunlight. The kitchens and bathrooms are top of the line and the hardwood flooring completes the elegant feel. Located on one of the most famous streets in Boston 360 offers a wonderful loft feel while still being in a premier Back Bay location. (http://www.luxuryboston.com/360-Newbury-St-Condos)
