Broadluxe

Description

Broadluxe is a new nine-story mixed-use property in the heart of the Financial District at the intersection of Franklin and Broad Streets. Designed by the Boston firm of Melton Ferre Associates, Broadluxe artfully combines elements of original 19th-century mercantile architecture with a stylish, new contemporary glass and steel addition on floors 7, 8, and 9. Broadluxe is an elevator building, with anywhere from 2 to 7 units per floor, with each unit having its own basement storage space. Deeded parking is available via the Folio building across the street, or there are rental options in the area.

The units feature beautiful contemporary design, with tasteful use of glass, bamboo, and bright wood elements. Units are highly customizable to reflect your needs.

And don’t forget about the GREAT location, with access to shopping, entertainment, and Faneuil Hall Marketplace, as well as fine dining in the historic North End. Visit the neighboring New England Aquarium or Christopher Columbus Park for a fun day activity. In less than a half-mile walk, you can find yourself at Government Center or Downtown Crossing for business or shopping. Also in less than a half-mile radius you will arrive at T subway stations that service the Orange, Red and Blue Lines, taking you anywhere in and around the city.
