Essentially adjacent to the Prudential Tower, the first floor lobby has a doorman, a valet, and a concierge. The second floor includes a complete professional kitchen beside a dining room where newspapers and continental breakfast are served in the morning, along with tea and snacks in the afternoon, to residents of the 61 units.

The Belvedere is in the envious position of being attached to the Prudential Center. The pubs and bars in the building are know for their friendliness and casualness, which has made them somewhat trendy hangouts since opening.
