The former Boston D4 Police Station is being redeveloped to create a boutique 25-unit residential condominium living experience (D4 Living), of which 3 units will be sold as affordable housing (at 80% of the area median income). The complex will boast an underground parking garage with single and tandem spots accommodating 27 parking spaces.
Each of the one, two, and three bedroom units will open onto an indoor courtyard garden – a year round, four-story, glass-covered courtyard filled with greenery called the Winter Garden. The D4 condos are large, ranging from 750 square feet up to more than 3,500 square feet. This is a pet friendly building and sits in the corridor between the South End and the Back Bay at the east end of Warren Avenue.
