Gateway Terrace is a Boston South End loft community, inspired by the terrace homes of London. The community is composed of three buildings, the Vose, the Emerson, and the Hallet after piano makers that once lived and worked in the South End.
The seven-story yellow brick building that runs adjacent to Washington Street is called the Vose. The Vose building is made up of 33 units, and is the largest in the entire three-building development. Many of the homes feature private terraces or roof decks.
With a vibrant development, these unique lofts feature high ceilings, outdoor space, and European style kitchens and baths. The triangle location of the building gives a unique private courtyard in the middle – which features grills and a sitting area. Enjoy living in the SoWa district of the South End.
