The Modern

Description

The Modern is a 2007 new construction development that houses 25 units in a seven-story building along the border of Boston’s South End and Roxbury. Most units are one-bedroom, one-bathroom, with floor-to-ceiling windows, and interior finishes by award winning designer Dennis Duffy. Units range in size from 845 square foot one-bedrooms to 1,335 square foot tow-bedroom penthouses. Almost all of the luxury loft condos have private outdoor space as well. There is an elevator in the building which will help when going to the the roof to enjoy the landscaped common deck.
